Twelve Oaks Mall is an enclosed super-regional shopping mall in Novi, Michigan, United States. Opened in 1977, it is currently anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, and Nordstrom, with two vacant anchor spaces last occupied by Lord & Taylor and Sears. It is owned and managed by Simon Property Group, which completed acquisition of the original developer Taubman Centers in November 2025,and is one of the largest malls in Michigan in terms of gross leasable area and total stores.
